We appreciate that there are many decisions to make when selecting a marquee for your event. We are happy to help, so if you are unsure of anything or you would like any further advice, please do not hesitate to contact us bet here are some frequently asked questions -

How much will a marquee cost?

As every single event is different, the best way to start of is by filling out an enquiry form with as much information as you can, and one of our event managers will respond with a quote and if needed will happily arrange a no obligation, free site visit.
Everything on the quote is individually priced so you can see exactly what costs what with no hidden charges. Once you have decided exactly what you want from the quote and maybe any of the optional extras we can proceed with the booking process.

How do I book?

A 25% deposit is required along with a signed booking agreement, with the full balance due upon installation/completion of set up, but of course can be paid off in full or in instalments beforehand with every payment receiving an invoice/receipt for your records. We do not hold dates, due to the significant number of enquiries we receive daily.

How many guests can a marquee hold?

This all depends on the type of event you’re holding. Things to take into consideration are will your guests be seated or standing. You may then need additional space for a dance floor, staging or a bar. Please contact us and one of our advisors will be able to assist you in working this out.

When do you install & dismantle the marquee?

We usually install 1-2 days prior to your event to allow you to add any finishing touches you may have. The same applies to dismantling the marquee, 1-2 days after your event.
If you have a specific time frame then we can accommodate this, but of course the earlier you notify us and book the better.

Can the weather affect the marquee?

Only exceptional weather conditions (winds in excess of 60mph) may effect your event. We still happily install in rain and even snow, but in these conditions we strongly recommend hard wood under flooring to ensure a dry floor inside the marquee.

Will the marquee be warm enough during the winter months?

We use indirect diesel heaters which sit outside of the marquee and provide large volumes of clean, fume free, warm air via ducting which are ideal for use in marquees, warehouses and other structures that have limited ventilation. They are also thermostatically controlled which you can control from inside the marquee just as you would control the temperature in your home.

Insurance cover

An optional damage waiver can be added to the marquee quote. This would cover most eventualities subject to our terms and conditions.

Power supply

Unless you’re having catering or a live band we will not require any additional power. We can run a cable to the nearest power supply to power the marquee. If you did need additional power we can supply an appropriate sized generator for you.

What other services can you offer?

As well as providing you with a marquee, we can also arrange luxury toilets, generators, catering and themed decoration. We are also willing to listen and assist with any ideas that you may have to make your event unique. Please contact us for further details.
