Centrepoint (November 2016)
We were very proud to be part of this event, sub-contracted in for the install and take down of two 20m x 50m and two 15m x 55m marquees with beautiful backdrops of the O2 and Canary Wharf for people to sleep in for one night to raise money for this great cause.
Music In The Park, Romford (July 2016)
A great music event at Rapaels Park in Romford where we supplied the drinks tent, a food tent and the production tent along with outdoor furniture!
Buhler Sortex Staff & Family Day (July 2015)
We have done several jobs in the past for Buhler Sortex and this was a large event that required a 9m x 30m plus a 9m x 21m joined together, both lined with hard wood flooring and carpet. We also supplied some poseur tables and two Oriental Canopies for this great event.
Abridge Village Summer Ball Weekend (June 2015)
Living local to Abridge I got a call from the organisers on the Tuesday of the week of the event which was starting on the Friday as they'd been let down last minute by TWO other marquee companies and they needed a 20m x 40m marquee along with extras, so I made a call to our sister company based in Surrey and the next day we lead the build with their equipment and saved the annual event which was a huge success with tremendous feedback!
Buhler Sortex Storage Marquee (Sept 2014)
Buhler Sortex required a storage marquee for a 3 month period with enough access for a forklift truck so we supplied a 9m x 9m marquee on 3m high legs which worked perfectly. The marquee was on a hard standing surface so we fixed it down with sand filled barrels which stood the winds and weather for the full hire period.
Saint Francis Hospice 30th Anniversary (July 2014)
With Saint Francis Hospice celebrating their 30th anniversary, they wanted to hold an event for the users and their families. The marquee held 300 seated guests on the local Village Green. We also organised the toilet unit from one of our very reliable suppliers. Despite some last minute panic from the organiser we were on hand to assist to ensure the event went smoothly.
Anniversary and re-opening of Raphaels Park, Romford (July 2014)
We were contacted by an organiser from the park as they wanted to celebrate the anniversary of the park and also the re-opening after lottery funding. This was open to the public in the afternoon where they had a ‘tea and dance’ and a small presentation and then it went on into the evening where it was by invite only to the ‘Friends’ of the park. We were really pleased to be part of this and working with the local council of Havering.
British Heart Foundation 10k Tower Of London Run
Join us in the world famous Tower of London moat to walk, jog or run up to 10k with your friends, family and colleagues around the historic fortress. We supply several marquees every year for this great event including the male and female changing rooms, the registration marquees and corporate marquees at the finish line, all in the moat itself.
Brentwood Cricket Club vs The Lashings All Stars
This is the third year that we have supplied the marquee for this event and is growing every year. This year seated around 410 guests which were all seated in a 9m x 57m marquee!
This has become an annual event where the Lashings All Stars play against the Brentwood Cricket Club where they cater for over 350 guests for a sit down meal. We provide the marquee, furniture, lighting, catering marquee and so on. This event was a whopping 9m x 51m marquee!
British Heart Foundation London To Brighton Trek (Sept 2013)
If you’re looking for the ultimate walking challenge, then keep reading. You’ve got less than 30 hours to walk the 105km from London to Brighton non-stop. We provided a 12m x 12m marquee with furniture and lighting for one of the last stops on the trek at Southwater Country Park. The marquee was erected over benches and trees that were permanent fixtures and on concrete where we used water barrel weights to secure the marquee.
The Landscape Group at the Olympic Park (May 2013)
This was a 12m x 18m marquee situated in the center of the Olympic Park for a retirement event for one of the staff of the Landscape Group. With very strict access times, risk assessments and guidelines to adhere to, our staff were very professional and the event was very successful.
